I have no problem being impolite.

My mother's friend approached me years ago at my father's birthday party. She and my mother had been eying me and whispering together. She asked when I was going to make my mother a grandmother. I told her that it would mean I would have to have sex with my husband, so probably never and walked away. I know her mouth dropped because as I approached my brother, he asked what the hell I said to her.
