I am going Monday (25th) for a consultation about IUI. We are going this route because of low motility. My husband's motility went from bad to worse to better! 1st analysis- 66.4 million count 3% motility 3.5mL volume
2nd analysis- 33.2 million count 0% motility 2mL volume (only abstinent for 1.5 days)
3rd analysis- 52.7 million count 10% motility 2.5 mL volume
Since the last analysis, he has started taking vitamins. He takes Zinc, CoQ10, Fish Oil, Selenium, B-12, and a multi-vitamin. He has been taking these for one month.
I know the doctor wants to do another test. Post wash analysis?
I took clomid for 3 months. We initially thought PCOS was our issue. I always thought I was ovulating but we weren't getting pregnant after 4 years of trying. I responding to Clomid. 1st month- 1 follicle was 23 2 were 11-14. 2nd month- 1 follicle 25 3 were 10-13. 3rd month- 1 follicle was 28, 2 were 24-26. and 2 were 10-14. My 21 day test showed I ovulated each month. So I feel like Clomid will be the drug of choice when I do an IUI.
What questions should I ask the doctor?
