IUI Tomorrow

so i did the trigger shot last night and going in for IUI tomorrow at 10.00am, not really sure what to expect.

Any girls that have been through it care to share your experience?

I've had three, and it's really not a big deal. The procedure itself feels a lot like a pap smear/gyno exam. When I've done it, I go in with DH, he gives his sperm sample, then we wait for about an hour while they wash the sperm, then they inject the sperm into your uterus using a very small catheter. I couldn't feel it at all. They tell you to lie down for about 5 minutes after, and then you're all done. You can definitely go back to work after.

I've have 3 IUI. The 1st was the worst for me, my nurse said the 1st always is cause they have to work out which way your cervix is leaning etc.

The other 2 were a walk in the park though

Hope you will only need 1 though x x
