The tablets are able to be taken apart, but you'll be left with the tea that's inside the caps. Maybe get some chocolate pudding to mix it up in, or....

They are capsules hun not tablets... u know, encased in the smooth gelatine casing? I find capsules loads easier to swallow than tablets, they seem to go down more smoothly!! x
