So, baby number two....and they've appeared! The dreaded piles!

Using Anusol at the mo, but does anyone have any remedies or tips to help get rid? Ive read that witch hazel helps? Is it as simple as just 'dabbing' it on?

Im already on the fibre and trying not to sit for too long...which is hard as im like a whale!!

Sorry for the gross post so early in the day....but i need rid of them....sharpish!!

I don't think there's a magic cure unfortunately - drink lots of water and have fibre as you know. I've not used witch hazel before, can't imagine it does any more then the cream you are already using, but someone else might know differently.

I hope they're not too sore and clear up soon!

Sitz baths are supposed to be very helpful. 2 cups of epsom salt in a warm bath. Hope they go away soon.
