NOTHING SO FAR HAS CHANGED IN MOST AREAS OF THE UK!!!

We are being ignored, the governement says it is in the hands of local PCTs who provide funding but are NOT pushing them to do this equally and this is why we have the situation we have!

This is what happens when goverments decentralise policy making - by the way this is what the CONSERVATIVE PARTY, will do MUCH, MUCH, MORE. Decentralisation is one of THEIR ideas!!

We may end up with a country where quality of health care, education, policing etc, etc, is dependant on where you live.

Can you imagine what that will do to house prices as people scurrey to live in IVF and healthcare catchment areas as they do right now for education.

We need to stop this unequality now, whether it be IVF, education or health!
