Help! I need to make this, this week and I have no idea where to start!!:thumbup:
 
Its easy, get down the local caribbean shop and buy a pot of Jerk Seasoning, get the wet one its nicer.

Get some chicken peices, stab them with a knife and sparingly cover in jerk seasoning, about 1 desert spoon full will be enough for 4 peices. The seasoning is very hot so don't put to much on.

Heat oil in a frying pan, fry until cooked, with a knife stab to the bone to see if any blood is remaining, if unsure finish in the oven for 10 minutes.

Serve with Hard Dough Bread, emmmm its lovely.

That sounds good..I wonder if a rice dish would go with that too:thumbup:
