Its easy, get down the local caribbean shop and buy a pot of Jerk Seasoning, get the wet one its nicer.
Get some chicken peices, stab them with a knife and sparingly cover in jerk seasoning, about 1 desert spoon full will be enough for 4 peices. The seasoning is very hot so don't put to much on.
Heat oil in a frying pan, fry until cooked, with a knife stab to the bone to see if any blood is remaining, if unsure finish in the oven for 10 minutes.
Serve with Hard Dough Bread, emmmm its lovely.
