I abandon this for a while now!! I am ashamed.. I have been so busy and have some things going on in my life that I havent really attempted to keep up with this journal.. but I am back, maybe not every day But I am back nonetheless!.. I havent stopped trying to loose the weight either so I never slipped off that bandwagon!.. I weighed myself yesterday and I am now 189.4
