if you managed to drink it on it's own I take my hat off to you..! I like my herbal teas generally but can't stomach RLT without a spoonful of honey added. Certainly helps it to go down

I managed to drink 1 cup an half but i wasn't that keen on it, so i got the capsuals and they just repeated on me and all i could taste was the plastic capsual horrible, so i then gave up lol.. I only took them for maybe 3-4days and nothing happend for me.

there's no reason why you shouldn't add sugar/honey to it won't make it any less useful/helpful - if it's going to work it'll work

i have to have 2 sugars in mine.im not a huge fan of hot drinks as it is so i do usually forget to have a mug a day.its nicer than peppermint tea yuck!
