Just got breathless making the bed

    Title says it all really, taken me about half an hour to recover, damn squished lungs!

    ooooh glad its not just me, im so out of puff getting up the stairs i have to stop several times (it is 4 flights of stairs though) i used to run up them :growlmad::growlmad:

    I noticed this too, at the weekend I used to be able to do all my housework, clean every room without a problem, the other weekend I tried to clean and hoover my bedroom and change the bed, I felt like I'd been out for a run! I was completely worn out after it! lol

    I get this, i get breathless when getting in or out off bed!

    Me too. That is really hard for me because when I teach my fitness classes I feel like a wimp trying to catch my breath:growlmad:! I was just wondering how bad is going to get on the third trimester!!

    Me too! I get breathless going up the stairs at the train station, I'm sure there doesn't need to be so many!
