Just Starting to Buy -- Advice?

So I just hit my 28 week mark (hello third tri!), and I haven't bought anything yet except for a couple onesies, a sleepnplay, a couple avent pacifiers, bottle cleaner, and a baby nail file/clippers set. Me and the fiance are trying to keep it pretty basic before the baby arrives, and we're not sure we're having a baby shower, so we're trying to get a list together of the basic MUST HAVES for a baby for the first few weeks, just until they come. What do you guys consider the basic list? My mom already has it set she's buying the crib and car seat next week so we've got that down. lol.

It's good to keep it pretty basic as I bought so much stuff the first time round it was rediculous!
Now I've got:
Vest
Sleepsuits
A few hats
Socks
Nappies
Wipes
Cotton wool balls
Nappy rash cream and baby powder
A coat
The pram
Carseat
Crib
A few blankets

And that's about it
