So had my FFN today at 11am. They said it takes 2-4 hours and someone would call me today.
I usually call at 445 I I haven't heard from anyone (as they close the phone lines at 5) but I was trying to be patient(and they get a tad annoyed saying that nurses stay late to call people back after 5) but sure enough, everytime I DON'T call and ask, they forget to call me! Its been nearly two hours since close and still nothing.
I know waiting til morning isn't a huge deal, but I've been on the edge of my seat waiting nervously to see if ill be needing steroid injections for hours now , simply because they insisted THEY would call ME(I may have clarified a few times before I left ). I just think its rude :/
