Karicare Aptamil AR Formula

Any ladies out there wish to share their experiences on this formula???

My LO has just been diagnosed with ruflux after a week of screaming, not eating, vomiting and tears from Mummy.

Started him on Karicare AR this afternoon hoping it would make a difference.

We use Enfamil AR and our sick twin stopped spitting up after we started so looks like it helps.

We're using Aptamil AR, we're on day 2 and so far so good. I'm also breast feeding to but this makes her reflux far worse as she comfort feeds and over eats then vomits, also the consistency is much thinner. So planning on weaning her onto Aptamil AR fully as she seems to be keeping in down and is more comfortable. She's on ranitidine and domperidone too, but adding in the milk has definitely helped. The only downside is she doesn't seem to poo as often, but hoping this is just a transitional thing.
It's quite a new product so pleased to see our local Tesco stock it, at least I won't be hunting around town trying to find it!

We use this brand. I find it veeeerrrryyy frothy if we shake it, so we have to stir it with a sterilised fork. It hasn't completely stopped his vomiting, but it has helped.

Thanks ladies. On Day 3 and had to stop using it. Made him very constipated. Poor bubba screamed the house down when he passed his poo and it was hard and pebble like.
