CRW I dont think any one did, at all. I think that is why there is so much confusion between them all with reguards to how often they were checked, plain and simple they werent.

ahh thanks for that the amount they checked/how often all seem to conflict with each, i find it so dodgy that everything everyone said was different to another person as for the dogs, the places where "scent" and "blood" were found could of been where they temporarily hid it, there must of been sea somewhere? they could of put it in the sea, it would of never been found

I dont think they were even close friends, with that person No way would i let him near my kids Seems to me like the kids were just an inconvenience on their holiday

I just personally wouldnt like bathing anyone elses kids either- unless it was my nephew for eg. It only takes a child to say something that might have happenened innocently for you to be seen as abusing them etc.

I think this was a different holiday, in Majorca, where they all shared a villa/house.

But that's because you trust them, she didn't trust this guy at all, she saw him doing that gesture in reference to Madeleine and felt very uneasy about it, yet she still let him bath her daughter

Is it common knowledge that she didn't trust him? From flicking through the thread I thought it was someone else who disliked him?

Yeah, it was her that witnessed what he was doing and said that she didnt feel comfortable with him bathing her child. She didnt really know him that well. I'd have to know someone very well (like my mum or sister) to let anyone bath my kids. I think it was inappropriate.
