what do you make of this? Gerry was on the sex offenders register in 2002?

I've read something similar on another site. Some counties have a CATS system which records every child abuse related referral received. There is one under Gerry's name with the registration of 19309. But there is nothing logged under it. It has been suggested that it has been deleted. It just weird that a log has been registered but no further information was logged. I'm not saying Gerry has done anything of the sort but it does look dodgy within the circumstances.

Indeed and mix that with the Gaspers statement and all thats happened it really does sound alarm bells off. I really wish it wasnt like that in my head. Its disturbing .

Hey ladies I'm new to all this and apparently know very little but I decided to get the book from the library (my sceptical side refused to buy it and line their pockets) and I took it on hol last week....yes stupid really. Anyhooos I mostly sit in the 'their behaviour is inexcusable but they didn't do it' camp. I've read the first few chapters and it was making me very cross and kate doesn't come across well but still cant come to the conclusion they did it ... So come on ladies fill me in on your theories please

Look at the facts from the police, posted a few pages back, statements, forensics ,. I dont really go on theories I like to see evidence.

Same, it takes a lot for me to stop tbh especially if I don't realise it's gotten dark. Some nights I'm too scared to go the one metre accross the landing from my bedroom to the toilet.

I just wish we knew the truth, it's not fair on the people who believe this sharade, it's not fair on those who have donated to the madeline fund and more importantly it's not fair on madeline. She's just an innocent child it pains me to think people would go to such lengths to hide what actually happened on that holiday simply for their own personal gain.
