I totally agree with Sarah, it's a really hard time to start. With it being cold as well we all tend to ear heavier meals and you won't be going out as much so not as much exercise and less to distract you and we all know boredom = foooooood!
Just keep tracking what you eat for now (good or bad) when you've got a clear picture of what you eat it can help to spurr you on as well. I was gutted when I saw just how much I pig on in a day (she says with toast and thick lashings of chocolate spread beside her!)

I think the water idea might be successful though...it'll also flush me out a bit and maybe get rid of a bit of bloatedness....it'll at least make my skin look nicer....right now it looks awful

I'm gonna get a completely new hair cut after new year as well. This mop hanging off my head is making me feel awful. It's in such bad condition as well!
