Kitten heel shoes

Im hoping one of you lovely ladies can help me, im looking for a pair of kitten heel shoes with a strap across them (around the middle of the foot) im looking for something on trend though and not for the older lady (if you know what I mean)
Can anyone help me??

preferable in one colour, perhaps, black or brown, size 7

I found these at M&S but I don't think they're right!! What do you mean by strap across the middle? There have an ankle strap so prob not right!

thanks hun, i remember having a pair, that had like a elasticated bit across the middle of the foot and they were rocket dog, they were the most comfty pair of shoes i have ever had!
