I'm now 6 weeks going into the 7th and certain symptoms have eased off such as constantly needing to pee. Occasionally I will get nausea but no actual vomiting. I have been suffering from diarrhoea then constipation on and off and my nipples are still quite sore but my energy levels have risen. As you can imagine I'm quite worried. Luckily I am booked in for an early scan this Thursday due to my fist pregnancy 15years ago being twins. I'm so emotional about this which isn't good for the little bean.

Fingers crossed all is ok as I feel like I'm going crazy

I haven't vomited during either of my pregnancies. With my first, I felt perfectly fine the first trimester. With the second, I felt super sick. It's also normal for symptoms to come and go throughout pregnancy. You just never know exactly how your body will respond. I don't think you have any reason to worry. Hopefully, your scan will show everything is perfect and you can have some relief from worry. Best of luck!

Completely understand. My symptoms, in general, have been few or not that intense, but the ones I do have (frequent urinations, sore boobs, fatigue, flushed face) started going away or waning at 5 weeks and I freaked out...but sure enough, they come and go, come and go with no rhyme or reason. I dont remember this with my daughter.

When you start feeling like symptoms are going away, it's super concerning, but it's got to have to do with the fluctuation of our hormones. But I've had weekly scans (for other concerns) and baby is fine. It's scary though, for sure!

Best wishes for a great scan this week. :)

Ps--No morning sickness here either.

I was very sick with my first pregnancy starting from 5 weeks.

This time, symptoms such as frequent urination started disappearing at around the time yours did. I had no nausea at all until 12 weeks and even then it was very mild and didn't last long.

I was sooo worried when symptoms started disappearing but everything was fine and I'm now 24 weeks along. I didn't really stop worrying until I started feeling the baby move.

Try and enjoy the lack of symptoms, it's better than throwing up multiple times a day!
