Now I know B6 will be helping with my progesterone levels which effect my temps, but since O my temps have just kept rising. I have taken B6 since CD1 and it didnt effect my pre-o temps. Did this happen to anyone else because of the B6 or are my temps likely to be doing this themselves? And will it still drop like normal before/on the day of AF?

B6 doesn't help with progesterone to my knowledge (i may be wrong) It helps with LP defect where spotting starts early and AF arrives to soon, helping balance out the hormones. I used it, it didn't affect my temps at all, but it did stop the spotting and lengthen my LP from 9 to 13 days.

Hope it helps you x

I'm using it to extend my LP but from what I read high prolactin caused low progesterone and low progesterone caused a short LP. My LP was 6 days and breastfeeding was keeping my prolactin high and setting of the chain reaction.
Its good to know it never effected your temps anyway.

Oh and my temp dropped this morning anyway after asking, typical lol

I had to use B6 for my LP. It didn't really affect my temps as far as I know, but I do remember having a cycle where my temps just kept climbing like that after ovulation. I just assumed that I might've been a little bit sick or something? The next cycle was normal I think!
