I cooked some on Fri for lo but she wouldn't eat it. I know (I think!) it can be kept for 48 hours in the fridge so today I blended it with veggies etc and split it. She ate half so will the other half be ok to freeze?

Nah I wouldn't. If I'm freezing something I've cooked, I'll always do it the day I cooked it.
Also, did you heat the entire batch of blended lamb and veg, if so, you can't keep it because if you want to use the other half, it'll have been reheated twice which is a no no.
Does that make some kind of vague sense?? :)

Also I'd be a bit more 'slack' about veg dishes, but meat always go by the book!
