I have been trying to conceive since the last 2 years with no success, I was put on Clomid + natural cycle for 3 months followed by 3 failed cycles of IUI. My blood work was fine and my HSG showed that I had a Peritoneal cyst on my right side . Something was a miss and I switched from Gynac to a RE who suggested we do a Laparoscopy.
In 2006 I was suffering from Abdominal Koch for which I was on a one year tuberculosis medication.
During the Laparoscopy RE found adhesions on my Left Ovary , My Left ovaries were stuck to my uterus and my tubes were twisted, The RE corrected the position and cleared the adhesions . My Right Ovary and tubes were healthy . Post laparoscopy the RE did a HSG which confirmed that there was a spill on both the side. RE said right side was perfect by the left side was not to her satisfaction.
My RE told me that I should be pregnant within 2-3 Months naturally. However my question is will the adhesions be back ? is going natural wise or should I consider IUI ?
