Just got back from my NST, I had a few BH but didn't really feel a whole lot other then sharp twinges down low a couple times. I do feel a little cramps this morning. My cervix is still closed but hopefully these BH start moving things along! Go back Friday for another NST, he won't check my cervix unless he feels it necessary I'm guessing

Hello everyone! I have been on this forum since I found out I was prego but just now posting a comment, lol. Well I am now 37.2 weeks, 19 days to go! But depending when baby is ready really I guess I am beyond ready. Still working full time and I honestly do not know how I am going last these last few weeks working! I have so much pelvic pain and it hurts to stand up and walk Ugh plus sitting in this desk all day is so uncomfortable, plus having to get up every hour and walk half across the building to pee anyone else working still?? well not too much longer hopefully! I go to the doctor tomorrow for a check up and my doctor said she is going to do a sono to see how big baby is so im excited!!

Baby I was planning on working until August 12 as I was scheduled August 15 but my last day was Friday since I go tomorrow. Since you're in is too just remember anytime you put in there is more time you get to spend at home with baby so hang in there!! It's worth it!

Mobaby, yes that's why I am hanging in here, I want all the time I can get with baby before I come back to work. I opted for the 12 weeks off, so will not have to see this place (work) until November sometime lol, I will push myself through these few weeks. I am getting a lot of leg cramps at night, ugh the other night I maybe got 4 hours of sleep. I was just tossing and turning. I have to be up at 5:30am to get ready and drive to make it to work by 7:30am, my job is about 40 to an hour from home, depending on traffic. The traveling is not so easy anymore. Omg so are you getting induced or C-section?? So happy for you! Prayers for a smooth delivery!

C section. No induction as contractions are a big risk. I'm only 36 weeks though and was only 37 + 2 with my son so I can't even say I know how it feels beyond 37 weeks. Just this past week sleeping has gotten a little more uncomfortable and up more at night to pee. I had killer leg cramps a couple weeks back for a while. Omg! I'm taking the 12 weeks too so back end of October. My commute is king too- 40 mins

I have a six year old son and with him I was induced at 39 weeks because my blood pressure was high and my doctor felt safer taking him out. With this one my blood pressure has been good the whole time, I am seeing the same doctor that delivered my son, so its just the waiting game now. I have so many pains I'm hoping I have dilated already lol, but do not want to get my hopes up and end up going past my due date what time are you scheduled to go to the hospital? Try to get some rest in!

Anyone get a weird pressure in your vagina? It's not painful, but it feels like the baby is RIGHT THERE and you could push once and out pops the baby? lol
It happened to me the other day when I got up to fix myself some lunch. Started walking to the kitchen and just suddenly had this tremendous amount of pressure right in the vagina. I swear if I had felt down there I would've felt baby's head or if I had bared down, baby would have come out lol. There was no pain with it though.
Was just strange b/c it's the first time I've ever felt that through all 3 of my pregnancies.
This baby has dropped but I usually get pressure and achiness up front where my c-sec scar is. All in the belly instead of in the ladybits.

Lisa yes!!! But the Ob checked me last week and his head is right there. Tmi but I can feel him through my vaginal wall. A big hard buldge !!

Baby boy: have to be there at 6. So I'll wake up at 430 get things ready and head out about 515ish. Taking my son to families house tonight.

Amy good luck at your next NST! It sounds like this one went pretty well. Sorry you're not dilating yet though.

Babyboy I'm with you on the aches and pains and ready to get this baby out as well. At the same time though labor and birth scare the crap out of me, even though this is my third lol.

Lisa that sounds exactly like when I get contractions. Mine have been ramping up this past week. Today I had two in the car ride home from the store. It felt like pressure, my stomach got really hard and there was a squeezing in my lady bits - sorry for the tmi.

MoBaby- UGH.. having to go in that early. I'll have to as well, but hey.. at least you wont have to wait long. Hope you get some rest tonight

lilmiss- Lol, I think at this point.. we're all over the whole tmi thing and could care less about something being possibly tmi heh
My BH have always felt like just my whole bump gets super rock hard and feeling like it weighs a ton.
Never painful, but hella uncomfortable when it happens.

Sigh... end of pregnancy is just so.... fun :\ If it's not the aches and pains that get you, it's the dang waiting that drives you crazy lol.

I agree Lisa, it's so uncomfortable & the waiting is much worse!
At least we all agree our babies are worth it though

lilmisscaviar omg I am scared too! lol but trying not to think about it. its been six years since I had my son, but I do remember his labor wasn't too bad. I do remember the pain was excruciating and than I got the epidural and I felt wonderful lol

Still no signs for me, not even braxton hicks and at the Drs last week she said he wasn't engaged. Got midwife on Friday but think it's just a general blood pressure/urine check

I keep asking baby to get out but he's not listening!!

I think after my appointment Monday and today I've finally realized to just chill out and wait. And today's the first time I've been aware of BH and I've been having them all day....now just hope they turn into real ones! Or I start dilating by next week!

Lol this is my third and I still can't tell sometimes whether I'm having contractions or if it is just the baby moving, or both (baby's movements setting off contractions). I've been feeling my stomach getting hard on and off all day today though so hopefully all these BH are doing something. I haven't noticed any mucus recently though so a bit bummed out about that. Usually when I start dilating I notice pieces of my plug coming out. I've also noticed quite a bit of pelvic pains and menstrual-like cramping.

Lisa - I agree that I think the waiting is by far the worst. Unless you have a scheduled induction or c-section, it is like waiting on a ticking time bomb that you don't have a timer for so you don't know when it is going to come out lol.

Babyboy - Glad to hear that your last delivery went smoothly! They say seconds go even quicker, and it was true for me. I barely had to push with my second baby whereas my first took 2 hours of pushing to get her out. I'm really hoping this one follows suit with my second lol.

Nick - I feel like my baby is going to be late. For the longest time I felt she was going to be early, now I'm having second thoughts. Now I feel like she is perfectly content to wait it out in there as long as possible. I'll probably be one of the last to give birth in August lol.

Amy - Hopefully those contractions turn into something! My contractions during my last two pregnancies started as strong BH but apparently they were doing something after all because I ended up having my baby the same day I started feeling them consistently.

It took us a year to conceive so it took me that whole year to find a name. I had a feeling it was going to be a girl and I had so much trouble with girl names but finally found one I attached to
