Once you get your preemie home, they may sleep a lot. But, when they are awak you can play, read or sing to your baby - like any other baby. Playtime is really good for them, as it helps them to discover the world around them.
I found this about playtime with babies, but for preemies I guess you look for the corrected age rather than the actualy age ... (So for my baby I look at 5 weeks rather than 10) ... Have fun playing with your babies! https://www.babycentre.co.uk/baby/development/letsplay/
