Can anyone tell me please, what happens to your LH during pregnancy. Does it raise then remain constant or do you still get surges.

I assume when most people get a BFP they do not continue to monitor with their Ovulation testers, I wondered what you would see if you continued to test over the next few months?

Anyone? Thanks

It should just remain at low levels as we have it in our systems all the time, it just surges before O happens. If you tested all the time while you were pregnant you would get constant +'s as your opks would be picking up the high hcg and showing + rather than the low lh levels.
