LH surge & BDing

I'm not that sure on opks yet but I'm a bit confused about BDing around the LH surge
Finally got a positive opk yesterday evening (on CD24!!) and again this morning but this afternoon it has gone negative
When shall I expect ovulation? We BD yesterday twice and 2/3/4 & 5 days before that. Was planning on BD tonight but how many days shall we carry on?
It's getting exhausting

You should ovulate anywhere between 12-36 hours after a positive OPK test, so it's awesome you BD yesterday, and to be safe most people think you should BD today and tomorrow as well. GOOD LUCK!!

You're probably ovulating now, or will be soon. Definitely try to BD once more today and then you will have very good "coverage."
