So I'm on cd4 right now and am a little concerned because AF has been really light. I spotted for a couple days before (normal for me) but then other than overnight between cd2 and cd3 (medium) its just been light. However (TMI alert) it has been red with some small clots and I did have the same bad cramps and nausea that I always get so it seems like a normal AF other than it being light. Should I be concerned? I've heard a light flow is bad bc it means the lining hasn't built up properly?
