Im getting back onto the diet 2moro and have to get back to the gym ive been proper lazy this month!!!

it's horrible hunny.... most months I switch from thinking I am to thinking I'm not almost constantly, sometimes from minute to minute. It is an emotional rollercoaster and I can't say anything that would make you feel any better. But at least you know you can vent on here and that we all know exactly how you're feeling (sometimes our BF/OH/DH's don't really get this). Sending you BIG and I pray the witch will bugger off and stay away

Thank you nqs, BF is like, well we can try again and that was that!!!! Every month, I have told myself I am not pregnant and I have coped with that, I might have been a little low for about a day when AF did show. Then I bounced right back. This month, I think it is different because of the spotting yesterday and nothing for over 24 hours and now more spotting. I am certain one minute AF was here and then excited at the posibility of it being IB and now ...... now I am really low, I don't think I have ever felt this low before.

hope you get a good night's sleep and feel better about things in the morning (don't know about you but sometimes by cd2 I feel better as I'm not 'in limbo' can sleep better as no temping, and generally have a week or so of NOT thinking about ttc - suppose it's the only time I ever feel close to 'normal' x)
