Limescale!

Ive been using ready made milk but I went to make a feed using powder and found the water had limescale in it. Its little bits ive tried the kettle descaling it, boiling water on the hob and nothings working!.

I dont want to give my baby limescale milk. What should I do ready made milk is getting to expensive.

I found this when we were using formula as we live in a really hard water area. I ended up thoroughly descaling the kettle and then using a Britta filter for all water that went into the kettle and it cleared up the problem

we boiled in vinegar and water to clear it up, worked really well

I'm sure if you read on the tin of milk it says not to use filtered water ?

I use "Oust" to descale my kettle, its hard water round here and the kettles horrible, I have to do it very often x
