Linea Negra/Belly Button

Ive got a very very feint line on belly also my belly button has gone completely flat x

i didnt get either with my first, this time my belly button has gone flat and have just developed a very faint linea nigara x

Have just started to develop a line, very feint tho, and belly button not popped just yet but is levelling out - I am 32 weeks tomororw.
