List - things to avoid during pregnancy...

    Good revew noodles - thanks! My dietition said as far as meats go - should be cooking them all through til no pink inside like steaks, hamburgers, etc. Im sure everyone is different with this but thought I'd let you know what I was told.

    Also was told to limit artificial sweetners to 2 food items a day. So if I have 2 diet soft drinks - thats my limit. Even my yogurt I had been eating had art. sweetners so Im watching that intake closer now.

    I say still having few drinks is fine.
    Ive actually found, that having my own made shandy is helping loads with my morning sickness, im not having it loads though! :D

    i have an orange aromotherapy soap, just wondering if that is okay....

    Other lists say gardening as well (in case you find cat poo - nice!) bacteria could be in the soil etc.

    Also cleaning products should only be used in a well ventilated room.

    Good list though, most only have food or other things on them, not both.
