Little help please?

OH has just had a phone call offering him a position to work 20 hours at HMRC which he'll get paid £9.15ph. Only thing is it is only a 6 months contract, as it stands we would be entitled to WTC & HB & CB but as of April we wouldn't be entitled to nothing as they are putting the hours up to 24 as far as we know. OH has the start date of 2nd April.

Is there anything we're entitled too?
