My LO is 16 weeks and is still getting up every 2 hours. For about 4 days he went from 10pm to 4am which was amazing them stopped and back to every 2 hours. Please help!!!! Im slowly going insane!!!

Anyone with similar problem or got through this period, any tips????

I'm going through the same thing! Everyone I know says to let her cry but I can't. Plus if I get up and feed her she goes back down in 10 minutes whereas if I let her cry it could be a long time before she goes down.

Google "wonder week 19" - it means she is feeding for her growth spurt. It's normal but a very long one - hang in there. Most of us go through it.

^WSS! The wonder weeks hit hard and fast. Alex is 14 weeks old. Apparently between 12 and 19 weeks it's just crazy!

My boy used to do this from 4.5months until we started weaning! We had about 2weeks of 3hour gaps around 5months, and then it was right back to every 2hours! I suppose they are just growing so fast and trying to make your milk keep up with their growing appetite and so theres not a lot you can do but wait and hope it doesn't last too long! Time flys anyway, it seems long when your tired but before you know it things have changed again and your back on track :)

I never left my lo to cry at that age, he always took proper feeds each time he woke up so he really was hungry.

She eat every time and makes that grunting noise like she's starving.

heya :) YES i have the exact same problem its so so tiring isnt it - luckily my lo goes about 4 hrs at night now if im lucky but throughout the day right upto time he will feed every 2 hrs without fail. Saying this though my lo is quite a bit younger than yours but i do know how u feel :O:O:O xxx

We are back to frequent night wakings again. He feeds back to sleep though.

People have suggested maybe formular at night before he goes to sleep, anyone tried this?

I haven't tried it as I couldn't be bothered with all the faffing and sterilising of bottles, plus I would be scared that LO would prefer the bottle and refuse the breast eventually and the breast is so much more convenient and my best baby calming measure.

A couple of my friends have used it though and they said it helped. some of the Mums on here though have had FF babies that still didn't STTN and there are BF babies that do. I think it is very much down to the baby.

If you're BFing, FF at night could mess up your supply even if it's been established. I would hang in there. Our nights are getting better now. He actually slept! I found the trick was putting him on his side  who knew?
