A month ago I was drinking some vit c pills and guess what? It had something that prevented pregnancy omg I felt sooo stupid!!!!! Lol

Quick question, if you're not doing BBT, how does that affect the way your chart is put together? Or can you really even chart without it?

I don't know. I thought that was like the central part of charting. Otherwise I guess you would just mark your positive opks and count from there? This last cycle I didn't even ovulate until 2 days after my last positive. Temping really helps.
