Hi this is my first thread!
I am TTC #2 for 8 years! I started trying when my first was 11 months old 10/2005 and no success. I saw a fertility spec. in feb/2010 did 2 rounds clomid, nothing
..had lap since my periods post c-section have been horrible, i have always had really bad cramps since start of AF at 13 yrs but started experiencing pains that disabled me and sure enough i was diagnosed with in between stages I&II endometriosis 
. They lasered off what they found and then i immediatley went on lupron ( to shut my ovaries down and enter menopause since that would "starve" my endo) for 3 months and dr said after lupron i would have best chance to concieve still NOTHING! 
. in 2012 i decided to take a break from OPKs and trying although i know when im ovulating due to the sharp pains i get shortly before. I was on vacation in Florida may of this year 2013 and had told hubby i was pretty sure i was ovulating (why idk since that hadent meant anything FOREVER) but sure enough we DTD and on June 14th i got my first BFP!!! ALL natural! 
i couldnt believe it and was shaking all over thinking no way?! I went to ER and got blood test which conformed pregnancy with a beta of 143!! 3 days later i saw OB who did more blood work and told me this preg. wasnt normal 
and then tested progesterone which was only 9.7 which was the same number when i did my 23 day prog test at fertility specialist! ( I OV on day 17 of cycle) i wonder if this was coinsidence?? and is 9.7 too low for ovulation?? the OB told me that the reason my progesterone was low in the preg. was due to that my body recognized it wasnt viable (blighted ovum) so it stopped producing the prog?. i had an ultra sound where they saw nothing, just a sac. then bleeding started that night! passed the sac within 12 hours and bled for almost 3 weeks, then exactly 31 days after i began bleeding (typical for me) i began my period again so i had only one week of not menstruating! 
i had been wanting to try to conceive again as soon as i could ovualte since ive heard many success witht his but i assume i didnt since i only had one week of not bleeding! i have started clear blue digital OPKS again and got the frozen smiley (stays for 2 days and indicates OV) and DTD like crazy! i always have really sore boobs after O but this time theres NOTHING! I wonder if i really ovulated?! or if my progesterone is low?! i just put NPC on my chest for the first time a few minutes ago so im sort of panicking wanting usage directions and such. any advice will be VERY helpful!!!!
