Lost my voice - how to entertain LO all day tomorrow?!

Help girls!I've got a streaming cold that I picked up from LO and I've lost my voice. I feel awful and am with LO all day tomorrow - I can survive it's only a bloomin virus but how do I entertain him? I feel so bad for him.

I don't want to end up watching five hours of tv with him - I'm quite strict on tv time but know it may end up being a naughty day of tv.

He gets so frustrated that I can't reply to him and I try and reply and there are no words!

I'm wondering whether to take him to soft play?

You could work on puzzles, blow bubbles, build forts for tv time, colour, build towers out of blocks, play with playdoh.

Sticker books. My lo loves them and will sit there for ages sticking.

Hmmmm.... I suppose it's too short notice to train him to respond to whistle commands like in the Sound of Music?
