Charlie was comedic relief for me.

I like Hurley's character too. I really liked Claire's character (was where I got the idea for the name Claire when we had our daughter) but I don't know if I like this "wild woman" thing she's become. They're slowly starting to explain it I guess, but until it is fully I'm not a fan.



Sawyer, Jack and Kate are getting very old for me as well.

what jack said was a good clue, locke cant kill them because jacob bought them onto the island but they can kill each other. once there are no candidates left than mib can leave and do something real bad, i dont know what though lol

Daniel Faraday was in the alternative life for Desmond wasn't he.... I can't even remember what happened to him on the island??

Sun, Jin and Sayid dying was nearly as bad as when Juliet died. I cried like a baby at that!

I still have no idea how they're gonna explain it all, but from Jack in the alternative life this week, it seems like they are all connected in that life too, by the flight they took.

Daniel got shot by his own mother who was preg with him on the island... at the end of series 5, his alt life he lived with widmore (his dad) and was a spoiled brat who played the piano... he like desmond could c both lives tho!!!

Sun and jin Not too bothered about sayid.. he was only the shell of what he ws.. he used to b my favourite!! xxx

What I couldn't understand though is why one of them didn't want to stay alive for their daughter? I mean, really... if P and I were in a life threatening situation I'd want one of us to live to be able to care for her.

I dunno, that part didn't make too much sense to me.

I think thats why Sun wanted Jin to go, so he could be with their daughter....But he's never met their daughter has he, as he didn't leave the island.

Does anyone know what this candidate stuff is all about? Why would MIB/Locke want to kill them all on the sub?

well we've never been told what they are 'candidates' for... we just assume that they are to take over jacobs role. But that might not necessarily be it. thats the beauty of lost i guess, leaves you questioning everything. Hope it actually ties it up nicely and doesnt leave us thinking it just didnt make sense and they did a shit job iykwim x

I always figured that the Candiate would take over Jacob's 'job' too. Like in that episode this season where they were talking and MIB was like "Just let me leave" and Jacob wouldn't, then mentioned at some point that he can always bring others to the Island to replace him?

I think that was the one where they used the Jug of Wine as an analogy of what the MIB was.

But then again I seem to recall another reason for bringing people to the Island is for Jacob to prove somehow to MIB that there are good people out there?

I hope it doesn't end like that but it wouldn't surprise me if for a few minutes at least they try to make us think that's what's happening! A dream sequence to link the two realities iykwim. Suddenly, we get the Jack's eye shot and he remembers everything!! The writers like to play with us!

I cried my poor little eyes out at Sun and Jin dying. And my lovely OH said stuff that i'd have been out of there lol. Wasnt too impressed haha.

Im so confused. I actually cant figure out how this things gonna end. If its not good, and theres still questions left, im sending a letter to the makers with all the questions i want answering

I also want to say that in previous podcasts about the show, that this isn't a dream of someone's. Although that was way back in the first season. There's gotta be a list of theories vs actual fact from the producers out there. I might try and hunt one down.

I know there's a forum dedicated to all things LOST. I think its called The Fuselage or something like that.
