Do you use Opks? Not really, i have, but i think they're the devils spawn, lol! I use my CBFM- much better- no frustration, lol!

Ever been pregnant before? Yes, missed mc at 8weeks, found out at 10 week scan. dc 22nd Feb.
Tests you've had done? None. Obviously we conceived so have no fears there-except time..again the age

Any complications? None.

How did you and OH/DH meet? I had gone out on a couple of dates with his friend, nothing serious, met OH , fancied eachother on sight, other guy was not interested (seeing someone else at same time) so we became great friends and realised we were madly in love and 5 years later we're engaged and still madly in love. We're perfect together-he's my bestest friend

Well, DH and I first started really TTC in Dec. 2006 for baby #3. But, really, we didn't use any form of birth control since Makena was born in Jan. 2005. But, we weren't keeping track of when or how often, etc., until Dec. 2006

How old are you and OH/DH?

I am 33, DH is 35

Do you use Opks?

No...because I don't think they are that reliable, and so I keep track using the method in "Taking Charge of Your Fertility"

Ever been pregnant before? Yes, I had Jasper is 2003 (April), Makena in 2005 (Jan) and then I have had two m/c since TTC baby#3...one in Aug. 2007 and another in Dec. 2007

Tests you've had done?


I had all blood work done, and I have had an HSG (clear). I have an endometrial biopsy for sometime in August (date not confirmed because it depends on AF dates). I have been prescribed Prometrium (progesterone) orally for when I do become pregnant to help maintain a pregnancy. I would take them for the first three months of the pregnancy.

Any complications?

I have been diagnosed with recurrent m/c, and because of my age, they are acting pretty lickity split with it.

How did you and OH/DH meet?

We met at the swimming pool. We were both swimming laps, and we became good friends for years before it bloomed into love. We have been together since 1998, married since 2001.

Yes, have 3 kids already... Ryan is 12, Courteney-Leigh IS 9 AND Lily May is 4......m/c april 23rd 08 at 5 weeks 3 days.

Hmmm welll, I met OH at a nightclub where he was working as a doorman. We have been together since 1999.

Do you use Opks? - Not anymore, can't stand those things, never had a positive! Using cbfm now and it seems to be working well

Tests you've had done? - none (medical tests anyway, hpts are too many to count!)

Any complications? Hope not!

How did you and OH/DH meet? we met on separate holidays in Portugal, did the long distance thing for a year because I was in Ireland, he was in England, then I moved to the UK

None, hopefully. Just lack of baby at the moment.

Got together at school when I was 14, he was 15. Been together ever since. Go engaged in 2002 and married in 2004.

Tests you've had done? basic bloods, day 21 ( 28 for me though) and an HSG, hubby SA x 2 all normal

Any complications? I was on depo so it could be that hubby has Epilepsy

How did you and OH/DH meet? on the internet ( sounds sad but it's not i swear!!) we both went to a chatroom meet from Lycos, we had spoken online a few times, but thats all really - I saw him and my heart went

Do you use Opks? I have done but am going au natural this month. Found them useful for pinpointing the big O! I would never have know I was Oing late if I hadn't used them.

Ever been pregnant before? Nope

Tests you've had done? Day21 test after 6 months of trying, came up fine. Hubby had tests too, fine. So we better get preggo soon ;-)

Any complications? My dr believes I had a cyst that burst a few months back. Plus I think I have a short luteal stage but as it's on the cusp (10-11 days long) my dr isn't concerned about it.

Do you use Opks? Not yet - currently in 2WW, keep putting off using Opks but if AF arrives will spend pennies and start testing

Tests you've had done? CD21 blood tests last month which were "low" so now in process of CD14, 21, 28 blood tests

Any complications? Not that I know of except possible low progesteron

How did you and OH/DH meet? He was acting with a local drama group and my sister dragged me along to help with backstage stuff - our eyes met across a crowded rehearsal room! For the first few weeks we kidded ourselves and everyone else that we were 'just friends' but would ask which pub everyone was going to afterwards and then deliberately go somewhere different on our own That was nearly 12 years ago and we've been married since Dec 07.
