I know it still has time to move but if it does not the want to c-section at 39 weeks

I am really worried though as 6 of my 7 children were born before 39 weeks (40wk, 37+4, 37+3, 37, 32+4, 35+3 & 37+1.

Also I have super fast labours & have only made hospital in time with 2 of them as my waters went before contractions.

Am very worried what will happen :-(

The consultant just will not listen !

I was told at my 20 week scan i have low lying placenta. I found this article

https://www.babycentre.co.uk/a830/low-lying-placenta-after-20-weeks-placenta-praevia

Hope that helps

I've to go for another scan at 32 weeks to check if it has moved up

If you start to labour and it's still low lying you'll go for a c-section straight away they won't let you risk delivering vaginally. However the vast majority of them do move up, how many weeks are you? Mine was low lying at 20 weeks but by 24 weeks was clear with my DD.

Hey I just wanted to let you guys know I was diagnosed with a low lying placenta also, mine was one cm. From cervix at 18 week gender scan. I had an emergency scan on Monday for lack of movement. I am 30 weeks on tuesday. When they checked my placenta it had completely moved up and away from my cervix. My placenta was in the front, but I doubt that makes a difference. So don't worry too much,it can correct itself!
