I ended up having a 61day cycle, a complete nightmare. now im on day 21 of this cycle and still waiting for my appointment

Vitex (Angus cactus) is good for promoting progesterone as it works to help ovulation. Might be worth a try. I use it just to keep my moods stable as I get terrible hormonal symptoms and it really helps me. Some women just use vitex from af - o day. You can also buy progesterone creams online from USA so could apply that in the literal phase to give your natural progesterone a bit of a boost?

I know this is an old post but thought I'd give a little update, finally got my appointment like 6 months later. Been told I have PCOS. Got to have a scan, some more bloods etc then I can start some meds to get me ovulating. maybe there is still hope
