Hi my name is Amanda, I'm 23, and on my 32nd cycle of TTC #1. I would love to have someone to talk to in a similar circumstance! My recent TTC buddies stopped using bnb so I need more!! Lol! I'm on here all the time!

Hi Amanda,

My name is Paige, I am also 23 and lost count of what cycle I am on as of now for TTC #1. I have PCOS and am going to be taking Met & Clomid on CD 2-6 this cycle (today is CD 1!!).

:) :dust:

Oh wow, we are right on with each other TTC wise! From your sig, it's 34 weeks?
I haven't been diagnoses with anything yet, but if I don't get my BFP this cycle I am planning on getting everything checked, I've even got a fertility specialist picked out! I'm so nervous about it...
good luck with the clomid!!
Oh and I'm on CD3 so we are spot on!!

That is pretty exciting!! I haven't really been able to find anyone who is this close to my "stats" (if you will...). I am sorry to hear that you are having such difficulties, and that you hopefully won't have to go to the fertility specialist! My cycles are all over the place, I have had them last from 28 days - 150+ days. The longer the cycle the harder it is, but I just keep pushing along. It will happen, I know it will. And when it does, it's going to be amazing. :)

Oh wow, 150+??? I would go crazy!!
I'm going baby crazy, my last job I worked with babies a lot so I got my daily dosage of them. But with my new job I don't get to be around children. :( last night I was craving to hold one!

I thought I almost did... I have a Dr's appointment every 3 months with my ObGyn and she had asked me how the pills went, I had to tell her I didn't get to take them because I was still waiting for my cycle to start. :/

Awwe. That would be hard! I used to be able to get my baby fix from my nieces, but now they are 2 & 3 yrs old... so I just my occasional toddler fix. I couldn't imagine to go from working with babies all the time to not at all. That would be tough. Babies are so precious.

Well the clomid should fix that right up! I bet you get pregnant quick on it.
AF is finishing up today for me, I can't wait to ovulate!!
Hope you're having a good day!

This is round 7 on clomid... although it's only round 1 at 150mg. I am really hoping this works, it would be horrible if it doesn't.

Oooh, exciting on AF finishing up! I foresee lots of :sex: in your very near future. ;) Fx'd that you get that BFP this cycle!!!

Ohh wow, round 7! Have you had any crazy side effects?

Just hot flashes!!! Haha. And they are crazy! I just keep telling myself it will be worth it in the end. I did 6 cycles then am just coming off of a 3 month clomid break to start taking it again. How about you? Are you on anything to help with TTC?

Not yet! This cycle will determine if I get on anything though. I've got preseed for the first time, along with a a promise from DH to dtd every day the week I'm fertile. Last cycle we got NO BD in!!

NO BD in the week of Ov? :( Ouch, that would suck. DH knows when it comes to ttc, when I say "Now" I mean it. He's pretty good with it. However, doing it everyday diminishes sperm quality... It's best to do it every 2nd day for prime swimmers. ;) I have had to fight him off on the inbetween day. lol. But around Ov day we do it every.single.day. >.<

Usually my DH is good about it, but last cycle we were both off. Yeah, it's usually only my fertile days that we dtd ever day, but I'm soooo nervous I'll miss it again!!
But I will say DH is usually exhausted by themed of those 4 days lol. Poor soul!

Ahaha. I would say! I know DH gets pretty run down after all that :sex: ... although I say practicing is all fun. ;) So... time to get to know each other. :p

What is your favorite show(s)?

Atm it's Big Bang Theory! I even named my cat Penny after one of the characters. You?
I love reading, so if you read a lot I can talk forever about books!

Haha. I looove Penny off of Big Bang. I am not one of those super faithful watchers... I just catch odd episodes here and there. lol. For me it's The Vampire Diaries, Beauty & The Beast, The Walking Dead, and SisterWives (guilty pleasure :) ).

I love books too! Lately I haven't had enough time to be able to sit and enjoy a good long stretch of reading, but DH & I moved into a 3 bdrm house and I took over one of the rooms as my book nook/craft area. :) I even have one of those big comfy wicker moon chairs. I am currently reading 50 Shades of Grey, and every time I get really into the book DH needs me to help with something so I get pulled away. :( I have to also finish reading the Hunger Games books. I bought the set but someone put something wet on my book case and the 3rd book had to be thrown out because it was all moldy/mildewy. </3

Awww that sucks!! I loved the Hunger Games trilogy!
As for 50 Shades, it was OK, I loved the plot but kept getting distracted by the poor writing. :( I have to admit it gets loads better throughout the series though!
I'm soooo jealous you have a book nook area!! DH and I are expecting to move again in the next year it so, so we haven't bought a house yet; he promises I can convert the extra bedroom in our future home into a library though!

Yay for personal libraries!!! Hahah. DH always tells me that I either have too many books, or that books are only good for starting fires. Although that never stops me from getting more. I actually find it almost physically impossible to pass the bookstore in the mall without browsing... even if it's just for a few mins. lol.

We are currently renting to own the place we live in now - with the future plan to buy some land and put a house on that, out in the country somewhere. :) I think when we do that I am going to beg/plead/bribe/persuade DH to agree to adding on a kind of sunroom as my book nook. I think that would be perfect. :)

On a side note... check out My Ovulation Chart. I was freaking out because AF went all wonky and I am terrified that I may have taken the clomid on the wrong days since it was light then got bad... My mom said she thinks it's fine, but still. Panicky.

Oh wow!! Are you going to call your gynecologist about it?? Bc I was talking to a lady on here who had a nurse tell her the wrong info about when to take clomid and her whole cycle was thrown off! That just doesn't look right on the chart.....I'd be worried as well! It's nothing that can't be fixed though!

Well, my ObGyn wanted to try me on CD 2-6 with the clomid just because she had heard of/experienced people who had no luck with CD 5-9 having good luck with 2-6... I just find it really odd that AF went all wonky on me. It's never been light for 5 days then go like it normally does. I am hoping it's nothing serious - It could be where I had to take a progesterone pill and I am also on Metformin, Clomid, Diclectin, Folic, and PregVit. It's oddness just worries me.
