A horse farm would be nice. I love horses. Right now we are living kind of on the edge of town, but both of us want to eventually move out to the country where we have enough space for him to play cars (DH is a diesel mechanic... so I just refer to him doing car work as "playing cars". lol), and for 4-wheeler runs and what have you.

I really hope I actually get cross hairs on this cycle! As for you, your chart looks great! I will keep my fx'd and you guys in my prayers that this is your cycle! That would be awesome!!

Ok, so this really has nothing to do with baby making, but I am so excited that I just had to tell you! I have been searching and praying for another job - yes, the one I have is full time, but it's horrible and I really don't enjoy being here. Most of the people I work with are obsessed with having the whole office immersed in drama... constantly, the office used to be an old horse barn, so it's not the most pleasant place to work, and (since it's a family run business) myself and the other 2 newest ladies get treated horribly.

Anyway, I have been searching for months for a new job, but there has just been nothing. Earlier in the year I applied for a program where they would train you to be a Continuing Care Assistant, but was wait-listed because I had a full time job. I was super upset about it, since I would love to be a CCA but can't afford to go back to school. Well, today one of the ladies from the program called and asked if I was still interested! They are starting a new class in February and I already qualified and everything last year. Right now I am waiting for a call back, but I am praying that this is really going to happen for me.

Oh wow Congrats!! It's never good to work in an environment like that, I'm lucky to have amazing coworkers. This new job should be perfect for you!

I got a call back yesterday! I have to re-submit a new criminal record check and go in for an interview with the employers in January. I am super praying that this is going to happen for me!!

...My chart still looks depressing. CD 17 and still no sign of possible Ov.

I'm really hoping your cycle didn't get messed up. but if it did, it'll correct itself! What's one cycle in a long list of them lol. Have you let your Dr know yet? Maybe they can get you in and test you just to make sure.

I'm sure you'll trump all the others at the interview!

My current Dr can be slightly useless at times... I have thought about getting a transfer up to one in the town I live in (the one I go to now is in a town about 45 mins away)... but the wait list is sooo long. I know if the 150mg of clomid + 1500 mg of Met doesn't work I am going to ask to be referred to an RE in the city. My next appointment isn't until February though, so we will see how it goes. I am still going to pray and hope for a bfp this cycle, but I've gotten used to disappointment. Lol.

What book are you reading now? I am still trying to finish 50 Shades of Grey... I had intended to read last night but I had to come back to the office to send a paper, and the site ended up being down so I was here for 2 hours. By the time I got home, made supper (DH would have done it, but he forgot his keys home yesterday morning so he was locked out), and ate... I was ready for bed. lol.

Yeah, same here about the disappointment... cycle after cycle with no BFP is disheartening...
I'm reading Graveling by Kristin Cashore, and really like it!!

Hey have you started a journal on here yet? I've had one going for a while, it's nice being able one every cycle!

No journal. I don't know if I'd be able to write things out like that. I don't really have that great of an attention span sometimes.

I just found out one of my close friends is pregnant. We had just discussed not 3 weeks ago that she didn't want one for several more years. She's naming DH and I as godparents, but I'm still super jealous...

That's sweet about you & your DH being God parents, but I completely understand why you are still jealous - especially since she had said she didn't want a LO for at least a few more years. That always seems to be how it happens...

Hopefully, if your chart is any indication, you'll be joining her for her pregnancy!

... CD 19 for me, and still no sign of Ov. My temp did drop again this morning, but not looking too promising.

Oh wow, it's steadily going down! Are you usually fairly normal with your cycles? I'd be going crazy if it was me!!

Afm, my temps are slowly rising and I am 8dpo. I'm going crazy, sooooo.....I'm going to buy some cheap dollar store tests and start testing, just to get it out of my system!

My Ovulation Chart

Not sure if you can see the previous ones (where I actually temped), but if you can check out the wonky temps of May 2011, the length of July 2011, and more wonky temps Nov 2011. Sadly I got uber discouraged and gave up... So I have decided this cycle that it is now time to get back in the move of temping... whether I like it or not. Haha.

I'm heading to the dollar store as we speak! I had to round up change bc DH took my debit card again this cycle so I'm not tempted to test a million times! Looks like his plan isn't working so well lol.

I have a question? Do you get embarrassed buying tests @ the Dollarstore? I have never done it, but one of my bff's makes her DH get them for her. I'd be scared to get weird looks or something like that.

Hmm... I have no idea how to show the other ones. :/ That sucks. Anyways, Haven't seen an Ov - temps were all roller-coaster in May & Nov 2011, no pattern at all to it, and July 2011 I had an 83 day cycle. Earlier this year I had a cycle that was around 145-ish days.

Your cycles are really crazy, have they ever referred you to a specialist?
I'm going to test tomorrow morning! I just now got a hold on some! I will be (am, it's 1:30 a.m. here) 9dpo! A little early, but still possible!

I suppose I should look at it that way... I had to go to a few different stores last night to try and find a BBT Thermometer. We came to Halifax to do our Christmas visit with DH's Mama & Step-Dad... and I forgot my bbt thermometer at home. I didn't want to not temp, so we decided to invest in a Travel thermometer that will just stay in our overnight bag for when we go away.

DID YOU TEST!?!?!?! What was the results? I am waiting (not so patiently) for the outcome. Haha.

Oh boo. I saw the temp drop but I'm not really that proficient at chart reading so I thought it was still ok since it was still above coverline.

My weekend was good, we went to visit both sets of in-laws (DH's parents are split), and decided that we are doing Christmas dinner with his dad and his girlfriend.

How did your weekend go? Aside from the neg test?

It has been long! I finally get a day off work tomorrow, I'm soooo in need of one!
We always try to get Christmas in with everyone, which is difficult. I also have divorced parents, so I have both sets of mine, Daniel's mom, and all of my grandparents. We usually end up so full of food we can't move lol!
