Hey hunny, blimey didn't think anyone would be reading this anymore, just had another read myself and re-lived it all, lol! Yes very traumatic after birth but totally worth it, and the tear has healed nicely I wouldn't even know I'd had one really so 
and it's suprising how many woman have tears isn't it. Thanks for popping in xxxx
