I dont think Amy is haunting presnt day house as it says the 3 periods are linked by one spirt and the titles say "she cant move out till they move on" x

The bath theory would make sense if the 'flashbacks' aren't true flashbacks just nightmares. There does seem a lot of action round the bath in all eras so it's possible.

I like the idea that Amy is haunting the modern house but I still think it's Alice - she tried to work through Amy to get everyone to find out who killed her but Amy either dies or is committed to an asylum so she moves on to the next family to try again.
