We haven't been officially diagnoised yet but yesterday's ultrasound show us to be borderline. The cut off is 2cm and they measured us at 1.97cm but said the angle was difficult. So we go back in 2 weeks for a recheck. Does anyone have any experience with this or have any info/reassuring stories to share? Thanks in advance!

I had this with my first son. They actually found it at birth, no indication on any ultrasounds. The entire pregnancy was normal, baby was born 39w3d weighing 6lbs12oz. He's now a very active and healthy 5 year old!

Thank you so much for you reply! It's so nice to hear a positive story from this kind of diagnosis. From what I've read it's not that serious and just requires a little more monitoring. And, like you said, a lot of times it isn't even discovered until the placenta passes after birth. Congrats on your son!
