Maternity allowance question

I am almost 23wks and just handed in my 2wks notice at work due to ongoing sickness and a bad relationship with my manager. I have worked there for 2 yrs. Will i be entitled to maternity allowance as i am no longer employed? Would be greatful for any advice

yes you will. for ma you need to of worked for 26 weeks in the 66 weeks before the week before your due
