maternity certificate

Hi ladies was just wondering when you got your maternity certificate as I can't remember when I got it with my first baby but I'm sure it was before 13 weeks (which I am next week). Can anyone shed any light.. Thanks

Do you mean the card for prescriptions, dentist etc? Or the certificate you have to give to work to get your Maternity Leave? I think the certificate is after 25 weeks. You should get the forms for the card from your midwife, just ask! You have to post it off.

I got the form off my midwife on the 20th December (8wks pregnant) and I received mine the other day xx
