My LO is 8 weeks this wednesday. I joined up to weightwatchers online when she was 5 weeks old and felt quite optimisitc. I've done ww b4 and shifted weight quite well so thought it'd be easy to do it again.
But i just can't seem to find the time to point..when i do i'm either eating way below my points allowance or way above as i don't have the time to work my meals out properly. I so walk alot but not really found the time to do any other exercise (guilty about this as hubby bought my an exercise bike).
Think maybe i'll chill, enjoy xmas and start again in the new year properly... I suppose i could plan my food out on an evening instead of sitting on BnB!!!
