Not too bad. All three of our computers went out of commission for a few days. I still don't have my laptop because we found out that the hard drive is shot. Thank god it's still under warranty, so the computer place just sent it back to the manufacturer to fix it.

We finally have our other two computers back though (both had severe viruses and one needed a new hard drive) so it looks like I'll be fighting for computer time for a few more weeks.

Back to placement on Monday though.

My laptop got a virus a few weeks back, nightmare, hope yours is back soon

We're good, about to take Ruaridh and Anja in the bath, they just painted Ruaridhs bedroom with poster paint

Our desktop is virus ridden atm- so everyone is always vying for time on my laptop- Hello? MINE!

yady, Two Words...well, three. Rkill and Malwarebytes

Free downloads on bleeping computer. Those should rid the viruses for you. You may have to download them on another computer and transfer with a USB. You may also have to rename them so the viruses don't recognize them, so make sure they are not .exe files when transfered.

Restart the computer, keep hitting F8 and then when your screen asks, do Windows (or whatever operating system) in safemode with networking. Install the programs, run Rkill, then do a full scan of Malwarebytes. When done, quarantine the viruses, restart the computer, open Malwarebytes again and go to the Quarantine tab, then "delete All files". Restart again and you should be good to go.

Rkill kills the virus that is destroying your computer. Malwarebytes detects the virus and allows you to quarantine and permanently delete it. They're both free downloads at www.bleepingcomputer.com and it saves a crapload of money over taking it to a repair shop for removal.

Thanks hopeful Erm so eye wax/shape needs to be done before tan, blimey Id never have thought of that ha ha I swear I delivered part of my brain when I delivered my munchkin lol

Well George went until 2am before waking for a feed, so my poor right boob went 14 hours!! left went 10 hours ouch! lol He fed at 2am (right only), then 5am (left only) and then 8am (both, phew!) but slept right away after 2 and 5. If he'd have fallen asleep later in the night and taken another feed, he may very well have gone al night to a reasonable hour this morning lol

I did the hardest workout of my life today. I did a core bootcamp plus extra 30 min of thighs and gluts... I can honestly say I've never had a trainer push me that far. I was so happy to be done, but sadly I go back tomorrow hahaha.

Most of u probs seen on fb we did our 3 miles in just over 27 mins might have a little athlete on my hands she ran amazingly didn't struggle with that distance at all,
going to ask her if she would like to do the great south run (childrens one) in October but i can't do that one with her so have to see what she says x

12 week growth spurt + grumpy toddler = very frazzled mummy. Luckily Dylan hasn't been as bad as he has been today, poor Bethany has been feeding constantly all day, its been building up for a few days and I hate seeing her so upset

So we went to the pediatrician today, got his 2 month shots, he cried for a second then was fine and smiling.. thank god.. then i finally talked my husband into wearing the baby bjorn at the grocery store and right when he puts Sebastien in it, he pukes all over him then laughs... it was pretty funny but DH didnt think so

Sebastien is 13lb 4oz, and is 23 1/2 inches long.

I am soo sore today i can barely move anything, soo out of shape, i am supposed to be going tonight at 6.. i'm seriously dreading it.. but the only way to make sore muscles better is working out again to warm them up, the things you do for beauty.

New- yea make sure if you do the bikini wax you do it a few days before, the eyebrows aren't as big of a deal but you still have to do them before the tan so they dont wax the tan off your eyes and you walk around looking like a weirdo with a tan face and white strips on your brows.

Oh Ya, i also took my first long soaking bath since my c-section.. was amazing to just soak in the hot water and feel the jets on my back
