beef, onion, garlic, oil, rosemary, thyme, 2-3 pinches mustard powdeer and a few splashes of worcestershire sauce and a little oil, blend it together, once it looks disgusting, then put in a bowl and hand mix an egg into it. take the slop and cover a cube of brie, then oven for 30 mins at 200c (ours were HUGE, too much meat, not enough cheese, looked gross but was devine)
tomato sauce was 1 tin tomatoes, 3/4 tube of tomato puree, italian mixed herbs, ground cumin, cook until thick (I am going to blen it once cooked next time though, to smooth it)
My meatballs were so big I couldnt finish them, they were delish, they tasted a bit processed where I think we used a cut of beef blended rather than mince, and there was far too much meat to cheese. but it was really really good. when we perfect it I will give you a proper recipe. x x x
