Hello Hello i've spent an hour catching up & still never finished u ladies like to talk:haha:

Well we had a lovely christmas :happydance: kids were spoilt & have enjoyed every minute of it! Yesterday we went to build a bear & spent some christmas money i got a lovely new bag :cloud9:
Kids love all their toys!

LOVE all the xmas pics beautiful :)

I'm so sorry to all those having a hard time :nope::hugs: things are often tough here but we always seem to work it out:shrug: I hope you do one way or another

So formula feeders have u all moved onto follow on milk?? x

Hi wud!:flower: Glad you guys had a great christmas hun! Build a bear is great fun, bet the kids loved that! yay for a new bag too:happydance:

OMG I need to remember what i have read now :dohh:

shoes - ermmmm oh we have a pair of baby converse for george, but I cant get them on his feet!!! They the right size but because he still curls his toes up to go in shoes i cant uncurl them like i can with the trainers because of the rubber toe end :dohh: How cute the Los are getting ready for shoes and cruisers!!! I love the little 'first shoes' card from clarks lol We're a long way of that though

George was born brown haired blue eyed and is still brown haired blue eyed lol His hair is getting long and thick now, and he never got that bald patch on the crown!!! It needs to be tucked behind his ears now hehe cute!!! he also has an innie, which I surprised about has he had a herinated button for months, but its slowly gone down, and in :)

Hope all the poorlies are starting to feel better!!! Joshua is loads better, and mum has perked up too

Harvey I love that mickey car!!! Hope you get Aaron to settle down!

I got me a new top for tonights meal, its a size 10 :happydance: Had a lovely meal out, Joshua ate was ok! Had a bit of a hiccup getting the car out of the multistorey though, its a 24hr car park, but when I got there it was all locked up and my little car was all trapped inside  I wouldnt mind but that car park costs £1.50 for night parking, and the other one next to the restaurant is free!! lol

Wud, george is BF but will be on formula at nursery (next week arghhh) and that will be follow on milk at the advice of the ladies on here :)

Ex-MIL and FIL were just here to pick up my son (he lives with them) and brought me a beautiful makeup case for christmas, and a nice big stack of books for the baba beans :cloud9: love them!

The girls have almost 0 interest in standing other than on your lap  I'm guessing they'll be on the late side of walking, like Bethy was- but at 13 months she up and walked across the room and never crawled again! :haha:

They HATE shoes and I have only found one kind of sock they will tolerate for small bits of time- other than that it's barefoot babies all the way! Not sure what I'll do when they need shoes for safety... We live in hippie-ville area so will do some asking about a more "natural" shoe, see if they'll leave them on, the stinkers :dohh:

Brandi- honey, the transition is the hardest part- but you KNOW that the way things were going was bad for the kids, not to mention for you. DON'T CAVE!

Harvey- we discovered the other morning that the water was off in our building first thing when we all got up- all 5 (Me, hubby, Bub, Bethy, and Boyfriend) all needed to use the bathroom! Hubby and I left- the kids went and used the bathroom down at the hot tub :haha:

Wud- glad you had a nice Christmas- what kind of bag did you get???

I never crawled I just got up one day and ran :haha: I was at my grandparents house and as I wasnt mobile there was no stair gate, my uncle went into the kitchen and came back and I was gone. Id ran up to the top of the stairs :haha: Leo is cheeky like that too :haha:

Awww lovely gifts Heyy :)

George kinda stands on my lap, if i put him upright, but he cant do it for very long at all.

what a nightmare no water, and for you harvey!! Arghhhhhh

Oh yes- the girls are a dark dirty blonde, sort of strawberry in the light- and quite blue eyed (funny, since I have brown/green hazel and hubby has very dark brown) - I still keep wondering if they'll suddenly turn brown
The photographer changed the brightness/light saturation in these pictures, but did not change the color at all

rochelle (2).jpg

And they both have innies

They having piercing blue eyes!!! Gorgeous!!!

Inge Joshua never crawlled! Lep does sound like a little monkey hehe Just keeping you on your toes ;)

I have blue eyes, Joshua's dad has really blue eyes - Joshua has dark hazel eyes

Anberlin has brown eyes, and, well, do I even have to say what colour her hair is, or can you all take a wild guess

He finally got back to me, apparently didn't have his phone all day, but we're civil, which is great. We cleared up our misunderstanding tonight, but it's still not going to change anything.

That's really odd, new. We were taught in science, and our geneticist told us that all babies born to two blue eyed parents will ALWAYS have blue eyes. Zoe and Izzy are both blue eyed, Anberlin has brown eyes, so that's why we never bothered with a DNA test, based on what the geneticist said.

Brandi- my dad has blue/green hazel eyes and my step-mom has BLUE eyes and their daughter has brown/green hazel eyes just like mine (more brown than green)

Joshua's father is most definitely his dad  he was my one and only ever at the time lol... we both have blue eyes and there is no mistaking Joshua's gorgeous deep hazel eyes!

No no, I wasn't saying you cheated or anything like that, just what our geneticist told us, lol. One of Mike's eyes is half blue half brown, so maybe? I doubt it though. Her hair is TOO dark for her to be biologically Mike's, but at least she's my spitting image!

Brandi for sure 2 blue eyed parents can have a brown/green eyed child:thumbup:

New:happydance: Well done on gettin to size 10 hun! Glad you had fun!

Heyy they have such beautiful eyes, stunning! Hippieville:haha:

We went to mcdonalds again to play again being as its school hols, Anja pooped in the play area again:dohh:

and here I was all excited today to fit into my size 20 jeans without a wrestling match on the bed to get them to zip :haha:
seriously though, good job new! (and why are you still up??? too much sleep last night?)

my sister is on her way to the hospital to get checked for bleeding at 24 weeks
I am so scared and freaked out right now

mummy- we have no answer as to why she grows so slowly  my MIL says that thomas was small like this when he was young (but not THIS small). i was going to call her pedi to book an appt to get her updated on shots and stuff, but she seems to have a cold too now. so i'll probably call on tuesday after the new year. yesterday we tried stage 3 foods to see how she would do, she gagged, then after an hour threw it up  so i'm sure it's her stomach. i guess i'll ask the pedi to see if we can get a test done or something. or just wait to see what his opinion is after he weighs her.

inge- i'd say growth spurt? teething usually makes their appetite go down because of sore gums

brandi- i feel like once you stop with all the texts and phone calls, he'll come to you. he's probably just trying to get some space to think :hugs: and the more you bug him, the more he'll wanna get away from you. then it wont help anything at all :hugs: i've learned in Biology class that two blue eyed parents made blue eyed, and red heads always had a child with red

heyy- i've read that i can take up to 2 years for a child's true eye color to change. but some change way earlier than that. when Ava was born , you could see blue in her eyes. but after a few weeks they changed to dark brown. and have gotten just slightly lighter over time

wud- what's follow on milk? we do formula until 12 months here. and after that can introduce cow's milk as a main source. which i wont be doing, i'll move her onto Almond Milk

just catching up. i dont do shoes until they're full on walking either. Parenting magazine said "shoes help the feet as much as a hat helps the brain" :haha:
as for hair color and stuff, Ava is a brunette with brown eyes and an innie ;) for a little while i thought she'd have half/half innie/outie. but it's gone in now.
she gets 4oz about 5 times a day (give or take a couple ounces depending on her mood and stuff) and about 4-6 oz of solids (also depending on her mood). and then eats a few little puff snacks once or twice a day.

Milo has been acting out of control and crying over every little thing. all i have to do is look at him with a stern face and it turns into waterworks over here  not to mention Ava has a cold now and has a really bad runny nose, as well as drooling like a faucet. seems like the cold finally caught up with me as well. really sore throat, runny nose and achey ears with headache. i hope i feel better for tomorrow night. me and SIL are going to have a few drinks for new year :happydance:
